At Couture Larie, we’ll do our best to get your order to its destination undamaged! This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about the shipping of your order.
Shipping costs
- France, Spain, Italy, Romania, Czech Republic: Free shipping on all orders. No minimum amount required.
Delivery area
- Delivery area: We currently deliver to France, Spain, Italy, Romania and the Czech Republic.
- Expansion plans: We are considering extending our delivery areas in the future.
Processing time
All orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days at most! Any order placed before 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, is shipped the same day. Any order received after that time or on a Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, you will normally receive it within 3 to 7 business days. In general, you can expect to receive your order 4 to 9 business days after placing it!

Delivery times are estimates. Our delivery service is not responsible for any delay beyond our control (customs delays, weather conditions and carrier problems).
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can check the tracking of your order at any time here.
Damaged or lost parcel
Check your order as soon as you receive it. Did you receive a parcel in poor condition? Do you think it may be lost? Contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at info@couturelarie.com. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect address
Make sure the delivery address is correct during checkout. Made a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible at info@couturelarie.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
