What is Couturelarie?

Couturelarie is an online fashion store for women and men who love style and quality. We offer a carefully selected collection for those who value a unique and refined look every day.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. After shipping, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. In most cases, you will receive your order within 4 to 9 business days from the date of your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum amount or additional conditions.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached. Send an email to info@couturelarie.com with your order number and we will assist you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Want a different size or model? Send us an email at info@couturelarie.com with your order number and what you want. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@couturelarie.com if you want to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee if the order is already being processed. If the package has already been shipped, our return policy applies.
