How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. After shipment, you will generally receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. In most cases, you will receive your order within 4 to 9 business days of placing it. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase or additional conditions.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached. Email info@couturelarie.com with your order number, and we will help you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days.
Can I exchange an item?
