How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days. After shipping, you'll usually receive your order within 3 to 7 business days. In most cases, you'll receive your order within 4 to 9 business days of placing it. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase or additional conditions.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. L’item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached. Email info@couturelarie.com with your order number, and we'll help you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
How long does a refund take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Would you like a different size or another style? Email us at info@couturelarie.com with your order number and what you'd like. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@couturelarie.com if you wish to modify or cancel your order. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee it if your order is already being processed. If the package has already been shipped, our return policy applies.
