At Couture Larie, we want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, we’re here to sort it out together.

Return period

From the day the parcel arrives at your home, you have 30 days to submit a return request. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to do anything.

Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the item has not been worn and has not been washed, all original labels and tags are still attached, and there are no signs of use or damage. If the item does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process the return.

How do I request a return?

Send us an email at info@couturelarie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive a reply within 24 hours with the return address and the steps to follow. Don’t send anything before you have received our confirmation — items returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Return costs

Return costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Check your order as soon as you receive it. Did you receive something defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@couturelarie.com. In this case, we cover the return costs and take care of everything.

Exchange

Want a different size or a different style? Send us an email with your order number and what you would like. The simplest way: return the item and place a new order for what you want.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will be refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to process the transfer, which is not in our control. If you still haven’t received anything after 15 business days, send us a message.
